The  J.R.P.  Apartment  Ministry:  $310,000

"...These men who have turned the world upside down have come here also, and Jason has received them, and they are all acting against the decrees of Caesar, saying that there is another king, Jesus." ~ Acts 17:6-7

We spent a total of 3 months in Ukraine in 2014. During our time there, we were continually blessed by the kindness and hospitality of others. Specifically, different missionaries living in Ukraine housed us at no cost, and over the course of 12 weeks, we spent only $250 on lodging.
In 2015, as The J.R.P. began taking shape, we identified as one of our foremost goals securing an apartment in the Podil District of Kyiv. And so, that is what we're doing!!!
This apartment will be made available at no cost to both traveling adoptive families and traveling missionaries. We were blessed beyond measure, and in turn, we'd like to be able to bless others. Operating an apartment ministry in Podil, instead of other part of Kyiv is important to us as Ukraine's adoption office is in this neighborhood. For adoptive families, being able to stay in Podil means they're within walking distance of the adoption office.

Another set of missionaries that blessed us during our time in Ukraine are Jim and Marianna Peipon. They moved from the USA to Ukraine 15 years ago to run their ministry: Ukraine Medical Outreach.

We found ourselves in The Peipons' living room one evening during a rough spot in our Ukrainian journey. They didn't know about our woes, but their hospitality was just what we needed. This set the foundation for what blossomed into a continued friendship.
The Peipons have decided to downsize, and they're selling their apartment (built in 1899) in Podil. It's a perfect fit for The J.R.P.'s ministry goal, and they've always wanted to see the apartment go to another ministry.
After several lenghty discussions, careful considerations, and prayer, both The J.R.P and The Peipons have decided that they'd like to see the apartment be used in the service of The J.R.P.'s fledgling ministry.
